Louisa Enz

Louisa Enz is a seasoned real estate professional with a 20-year career shaped by her international upbringing and broad life experiences. Having lived in Holland, South Africa, Canada, and Minnesota, she brings a global perspective and creative approach to her work in the Madison and surrounding markets.

A UW–Madison graduate and former Captain and Assistant Coach of the UW Badger swim team, Louisa’s leadership and competitive spirit carry into the personalized service she provides her clients. Her extensive knowledge of lake and country homes, combined with deep familiarity with the Madison area, has helped her build an exceptionally strong referral-based business.

Louisa’s dedication to her clients is rooted in her own experiences moving many times, allowing her to support buyers and sellers both professionally and personally. She is actively involved in her community as a member of the UW Orthopedics Philanthropic Board and the Madison Sports Commission Advisory Board.

Outside of work, Louisa enjoys tennis, hiking, hot yoga, walking her dogs, and planning family travels. Some of her favorite local spots include the Memorial Union on a warm evening, lakeside fish fries with friends, and neighborhood coffee catch-ups.
